| Comment | Comet observed nearly overhead in relatively dark skies. Also visible in 8x40mm binoculars. Coma continues to grow in size as comet approaches Earth. Very large and diffuse. Enhances well with a SWAN band filter. Distance to Earth = 11.3 million kms |
