Comment I attempted it visually this morning, but didn't see anything convincing. Bright moonlit sky, and pretty low elevation; certainly no comet brighter than m1 ~10, for a relatively small and condensed comet, my limiting brightness is perhaps m1 ~11. If the preliminary PCCP orbit is close to valid, the comet should brighten pretty rapidly over the next few weeks.
